If you decide you wish to return your items, our return and refund policy is 30 days upon receipt. Please be sure to return any unwanted items within this time frame.
Items that are brought in to be refunded or returned must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. As well, a receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete the refund.
To make a return, follow the following steps:
- Package the items you wish to return.
- Return the item(s) to our full mailing address listed below
- Please include a note – detailing your full name, email, proof of purchase, order number and items being returned.
Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you via email confirming the return. Our team will process this return within 5-7 business days and will email and notify you once the return has been successfully processed. Refunds will be processed to your original form of payment.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note if you ship the items back to us via letter mail without tracking, we are not responsible for any lost or incorrectly shipped packages that are sent to us.

Damaged & Incorrect Items
If your items arrive damaged or you receive the wrong items, please get in touch with us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible upon receipt of order for us to resolve this for you. We will handle all shipping fees relating to any errors caused by our part.
